Deko Deko Online Purchase Refund Policy
1. Goods sold are ONLY refundable and/or exchangeable if received goods are deemed damaged upon being unboxed.
2. The original receipt of the purchase MUST be presented when refund is being requested.
3. Tempered or damaged receipts that cause any printed clauses to be affected are not accepted.
4. The refund method will mainly be via bank transfer. (Exemptions may apply)
5. Goods received that are damaged or incorrect as per order are only exchangeable with the same product with the same traits.
6. Refunds or Exchanges can only be requested within 7 days upon the receipt of goods. Any request made after this period will not be accepted.
7. Deko Deko reserves the right to reinforce any policies in accordance of different situations.
